How is pricing calculated for the paid plans?

Each workspace is tied to a specific plan. For example, a Pro workspace with 5 members = $12.50 × 5 = $62.50 per month or $120 × 5 = $600 per year. Guest editors available in Pro are free of charge. You can have multiple workspaces on different plans simultaneously.

How do I cancel my paid plan?

Your Unified subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime by going to Settings → Billing → Change plan → Downgrade. After cancellation, your workspace immediately moves to the Free plan.

How does adding and removing members work?

When you add members, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing cycle. When you remove members, you'll still have access to that seat for the remainder of the billing period. No refunds are issued for removed members.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I change between monthly and annual billing?

You can change your billing period anytime by going to Settings → Billing → Edit period. We'll prorate any differences and update your billing accordingly.

Can I self-host Unified instead of using Cloud?

Yes! Unified is fully open-source and self-hostable. You get complete source code access, can deploy anywhere, and maintain 100% ownership of your data. Visit our documentation for self-hosting guides.
